The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to convey water easement.

The applicants claim the right to convey water easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right to convey water on 31 October 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: A right to convey water over part marked “Y” on DP 146325 appurtenant to Lot 38 DP 169718 specified in Easement Certificate C342986.18 – 30 January 1992 at 10.56am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 154784.
