The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the right to convey electricity easement.

The applicant claims the right to convey electricity easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right to convey electricity easement described below on 18 October 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Robert John Shotter and Caroline Anne Shotter, c/o John Middleton, RMY Legal, Solicitors, 136–138 Powderham Street, New Plymouth 4310.

Easement: A right to convey electricity over part marked “A” on DP 18784 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 21134 specified in Easement Certificate 431505.2 – 30 April 1996 at 11.40am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 21134.
