The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement.

The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the easement on 29 February 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have been separated from the servient tenement by subdivision on DP 483774.
