Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 5 June 2016, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicants: Barry Winston McNeil and Carol Ann McNeil, c/o Fitzherbert Rowe, Private Bag 11016, Palmerston North 4442.

Easement: Right to convey electric power over part Section 32 Block X Woodville Survey District marked “A” on DP 26701 comprised in Computer Freehold Register HBC1/1013 and over part Lot 1 DP 331885 marked “B” on DP 331885 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 130803 and appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 481988 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 728598 and created by Transfer 674774.1 registered on 31 July 1998.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on DP 481988.
