Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to take and convey water easement.

The applicant claims the right to take and convey water easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the right to take and convey water easement described below on 30 May 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Shotover Country Limited, c/o Anderson Lloyd, PO Box 201, Queenstown 9348.

Easement: A right to take and convey water over parts marked “T”, “V” and “W” on SO 494244 and a right to convey water over parts marked “K”, “P”, “R”, “S” and “U” on SO 494244 appurtenant to Lot 134 DP 480834 specified in Easement Certificate 8410792.5 – 9 February 2010 at 9.00am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 386956.
