An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.
The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
If no objections have been received before 6 May 2016, the register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 12151 coloured yellow on DP 10065 contained in Certificate of Title TNE1/760 and over Part Lot 1 DP 10065 coloured yellow on DP 10065 contained in Certificate of Title TNF1/356 (servient tenements) appurtenant to part Lot 6 DP 456444 formerly Part Section 7 Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred contained in Certificate of Title 589925 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 51371 registered on 7 September 1927.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements due to subdivision shown on DP 456444.
