- Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council;
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA58D/685, subject to Mortgage 10049644.2; and
- Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3):
- the land firstly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA1113/129, subject to Mortgage 10049644.2, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, excluding the coal and other minerals contained in former Deeds Index A3/687 and Certificates of Title 67/194 and 166/295, excepting those minerals deemed necessary for the proper and effectual support and maintenance of the public work;
- the land secondly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA58D/685, subject to Mortgage 10049644.2; and
- the land thirdly described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA58D/685, subject to Mortgage 10049644.2
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
