Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 14 August 2014, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
