Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Operations Manager, Picton Office, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Picton Toy Library Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Picton Men’s Community Shed to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose (community building) reserve.
