Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Central North Island District, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule shall be held as recreation reserve for the purposes of section 17(1) of the Reserves Act 1977.
