Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vest in the New Plymouth District Council; and
2. Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is acquired for a local purpose (drainage) reserve, free of all leases and tenancies and discharged from all encumbrances and requisitions, and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
