Pursuant to section 26ZS of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Operations, Northern North Island, Department of Conservation, hereby amends parts of the notices titled Conservation Act 1987¹ and Revoking Part of a Notice Declaring Land to be an Open Dog Area Subject to Conditions² by placing the lands described below in the following Schedules:

Schedule II: Controlled Dog Area: Entry by Permit for Management and/or Recreational Hunting Subject to Conditions

Schedule III Open Dog Areas: Lead Subject to Conditions
