Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Permissions and Land Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled Revocation and Replacement of a Notice – Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land, dated 19 July 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 July 2016, Issue No. 64, Notice No. 2016-ln4223, and issues the following notice in its place.

Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions and Land Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
