Under the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Hauraki, Department of Conservation, hereby declares the private land described in the Schedule to be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions of section 21 of the Act, and a deed of agreement dated 18 August 2016.
