- Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be taken for severance and further, pursuant to section 119(2)(b), vested in the Hauraki District Council;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 289885;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 289889 subject to Mortgage B349752.3;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA14C/752 subject to Mortgage 7099235.2;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1427/74, subject to Mortgage 7099235.2; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1431/95, subject to Mortgage 7099235.2
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
