Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to adjacent land held for railway as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 July 1957, No. 51, page 1314 (Proclamation S127264).
