- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council;
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120, to be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA16C/679, subject to Mortgage B376220.2; and
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
