Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and added to the local purpose (wildlife sanctuary) reserve comprised in Computer Freehold Register NL74/231 subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
