Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and remain vested in the Tauranga City Council;
2. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 685335, subject to Consent Notice B452519.2, Consent Notice B632839.4, Compensation Certificate 8078044.1 and Mortgage 10031675.2;
3. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 685335, subject to Consent Notice B452519.2, Compensation Certificate 8078044.1 and Mortgage 10031675.2;
4. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 516263, subject to Consent Notice B452519.2, Compensation Certificate 8078044.1 and Mortgage 10023652.2; and
5. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
