Pursuant to sections 17 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and the land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for stormwater purposes and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
