Amending a Notice—Land and Easements Acquired for Carpark and Land Declared Road (Service Lane)—Lovelock Street, Whakatane, Whakatane District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice acquiring land and easements for carpark and declaring land road (service lane) in the Whakatane District, dated 5 May 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 May 2016, Issue No. 42, Notice No. 2016-ln2589, by substituting paragraph (b) with:
“(b) Pursuant to sections 20 and 28, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right of way in gross is hereby acquired over the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice as servient tenement, upon the terms and conditions set out in the Sixth Schedule to this notice, and shall vest in the Whakatane District Council (“Grantee”).”
and by substituting the Fourth Schedule with:
