Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for water treatment purposes and shall vest in the Stratford District Council, subject to a right of way, the right to convey water and electricity easement over part marked “F” on SO 498107, to a right to convey water and electricity easement over part marked “B” on SO 498107 and to a right to drain water easement over part marked “C” on SO 498107 created by Transfer 351669.6, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
