Under the Reserves Act 1977 (“Act”), the Director, Operations, Lower North Island Region, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve held for the purposes of section 19(1)(b) of the Act, subject to the provisions of the Act, and vests the reserve in the Hutt City Council in trust for that purpose.
