Notice of Discontinued Crown Protected Area Names for Te Aupouri and Te Rarawa Treaty of Waitangi Settlements 2015

Pursuant to sections 53 and 54 (as applying to section 33) of the Te Aupouri Claims Settlement Act 2015 and sections 63 and 69 (as applying to section 38) of the Te Rarawa Claims Settlement Act 2015, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of two discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) names.

Schedules 1 and 2 below specify the details of the discontinued CPA names.

The discontinued CPA names took effect on 17 December 2015, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Acts.
