Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Richard William King, Chief Executive of the Invercargill City Council, hereby authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
