Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Auckland District, Department of Conservation, revokes the appointment of the Whatapaka Marae Reservation Trust Board to control and manage the Maketu Pa Historic Reserve and the Pratts Road Historic Reserve described in the Schedule.
