Cancelling a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, as set apart for the purpose of a cemetery for the common use and benefit of the Faulkner hapū and known as the Okahu Urupā (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 1982, No. 24, page 660), is hereby cancelled.
