Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (quarry) reserve to a local purpose (afforestation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further appoints the Clutha District Council to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (afforestation) described in the Schedule.
