Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, subject to Certificate B413544.2 and to rights of entry and other rights created by Deed of Easement 351660, Lease 143598 and Deed of Easement 2881F, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
