Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Wairarapa Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Dannevirke Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve (known as the Dannevirke Central Kindergarten) described in the Schedule, and appoints the Dannevirke Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
