Pursuant to section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Westland District Council, pursuant to an agreement to that effect, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (Chinese miners’ memorial) reserve.
