Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Kauri Coast, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservations as local purpose reserves (shelter belt and plantation) over the land described in the Schedule below, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Kaipara District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
