Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Dunedin Shared Service Centre, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be leased or sold by the Clutha District Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from leasing or sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
