Land Declared Road, Road Stopped and Vested, and Land Taken for Severance and Vested—State Highway 33, Rotorua Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Crown which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, shall become limited access road and State highway;
Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), the land comprising the stopped road shall be vested in Cyathea Med Limited and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA29C/85, excluding those minerals not acquired by Proclamation 2947 and Proclamation S268519, subject to Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and subject to all existing encumbrances;
Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117(3), the land comprising the stopped road shall be vested in The Maori Trustee and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 507490, excluding those minerals not acquired by Proclamation 2947, Proclamation 8951 and Proclamation S268519, subject to Part 4A of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and subject to all existing encumbrances;
Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and vested in The Maori Trustee and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 507490, excluding those minerals not acquired by Proclamation 2947, subject to all existing encumbrances

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
