Redefining the Beneficiaries of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the beneficiaries for whom the Māori reservation, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created, by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 1963, No. 4, page 95, are hereby redefined to be:
“The descendants of Heni Ngaropi White; the descendants of Te Aitanga a Mate, Te Aowera, Te Whānau a Rakairoa (Ngā Hapū e Toru); and the hau kāinga of Harataunga (Kennedy’s Bay).”
All that piece of land described as follows:
