Pursuant to the Conservation Act 1987, the Director of Operations, Southern South Island, Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a local purpose (amenity) reserve subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
