Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(1) and 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares the estate in fee simple of the said land to be vested as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
