Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve and to remain vested in the New Plymouth District Council, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and subject to section 8 of the Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
