Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and added to the land in Gazette Notice 562193.1 for a scenic reserve on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
