- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land in the First Schedule to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 20(1) and an agreement to that effect being entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and to vest in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land in the Third Schedule to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) to remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 703863, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8912637.4;
- Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 703863, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8912637.4; and
- Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 703864, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Mortgage 8912637.5
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
