Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent to the dissolution of the above-named incorporated society on 18 August 2009, its surplus assets, being

• an estate in fee simple being 1/2 share in all the land containing 972 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 30594 described in Composite Computer Register under the Identifier NA85D/583 (North Auckland Land Registration District);
• an estate in leasehold created by instrument L C 308769.2 being Flat 1 DP 144694, Carport 1 DP 144694 and Garage 1 DP 144694 described in Composite Computer Register under the Identifier NA85D/583 (North Auckland Land Registration District);
• an estate in fee simple being 1/2 share in all the land containing 972 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 30594 described in Composite Computer Register under the Identifier NA85D/584 (North Auckland Land Registration District); and
• an estate in leasehold created by instrument L C 308769.3 being Flat 2 DP 144694 and Carport 2 DP 144694 described in Composite Computer Register under the Identifier NA85D/584 (North Auckland Land Registration District)

be vested in Royal New Zealand Plunket Society Northland Area Incorporated (1285768).

This direction shall become final on 11 May 2016. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
