Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Request Lodgement Fee) Notice 2016
Pursuant to sections 130–133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice is effective from 22 June 2016 and is to be read in conjunction with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2015, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 December 2015, Issue No. 132, Notice No. 2015-gs7119.
1. Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Request Lodgement Fee) Notice 2016 and shall come into force on 22 June 2016.
2. Fees—The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the Council, specified in the Schedule below.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
