Grant Douglas Pearson, of Wellington

as chair for a term of three years commencing on 1 January 2017;

Susan Pezaro, of Auckland

as deputy chair for a term of three years commencing on 1 January 2017; and

Charles Joe, of Auckland

Kenneth David Williams, of Auckland

as members for terms of three years commencing on 1 January 2017.
