Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Transport is pleased to reappoint

Belinda Jane Vernon

as a member of the Board of Maritime New Zealand for a term commencing on 15 December 2016 and ending on 31 October 2019; and appoint

Kylie van Heerden

as a member of the Board of Maritime New Zealand for a term commencing on 13 February 2017 and ending on 12 February 2020.
