Pursuant to section 11(2) of the Standards and Accreditation Act 2015, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has appointed

Richard John Merrifield, of Upper Moutere

as a member of the New Zealand Standards Approval Board for a term commencing on 5 December 2016 and expiring on 4 December 2019.
