Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Energy and Resources has appointed

Catherine Taylor

as a member and Deputy Chair (pursuant to clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004) for a term of three years; and appointed

Karen Sherry

as a member for a term of three years; and reappointed

David Coull

as a member for a term of three years,

to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board, as established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Act 2000.

All appointments take effect on 1 February 2017.
