Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 6 December 2016 of the Animal Products Notice: Disposal of Non-conforming Dairy Material or Dairy Product, which came into force on 6 December 2016.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
