Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 April 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Marie Carter in respect of Ol-wens Little School Infant and Toddler Campus (46010), situated at 51 Hobson Avenue, Kerikeri.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
