Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 31 July 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Katerina Hepi in respect of Te Ōhonga Reo o Matauri (18538), situated at 76 Te Tapui Marae Road, Matauri Bay.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
