Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Nicole Ellwood in respect of 4woods Early Learning Centre (Malyon St) (46840), situated at 3 Malyon Street, Te Puke.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
